At least eight people who have tested positive for COVID-19 visited Filotimo Casino & DraftKings Sportsbook, located at 1279 South Willow Street, Manchester, while potentially infectious. In partnership with Manchester Health Department, NH DHHS has determined the potential exposures occurred from Sunday, November 19th to Sunday, November 29th.

MacDougall's Tavern, Keene

At least nine people who have tested positive for COVID-19 visited MacDougall's Tavern, located at 630 Park Ave, Keene, while potentially infectious. DHHS has determined that potential community exposure occurred from Friday, November 20th to Tuesday, November 24th.

Chop Shop Pub, Seabrook

At least two people who has tested positive for COVID-19 visited Chop Shop Pub, located at 920 Lafayette Rd, Seabrook, while potentially infectious. DHHS has determined that potential community exposure occurred during a live music event during the night of November 21st.

DHHS has determined that potential community exposures occurred in the bar and pool table areas on the following days:

NH DHHS Announces Potential Community Exposures Connected to Positive Cases of COVID-19 at Restaurant in Hudson – October 16, 2020

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has identified an outbreak of COVID-19 that may have exposed patrons at Fat Katz Food and Drink, located at 76 Derry Road, Hudson, NH. The potential exposures occurred between Friday, October 2, 2020 and Friday, October 9, 2020.

DHHS has identified at least 17 cases of COVID-19 associated with this outbreak, which includes one individual who went to the establishment while aware of their COVID-19 diagnosis when they were supposed to be on isolation, and a second person who went to the establishment when they were knowingly supposed to be on quarantine, both of whom potentially exposed others.

The New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office is currently investigating multiple violations of New Hampshire Food Service guidance by the establishment.

Any individuals who visited Fat Katz Food and Drink between October 2-9, 2020 may have been exposed to COVID-19 and should seek testing. DHHS has conducted a contact investigation and notified known close contacts directly. The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is investigating a potential outbreak of COVID-19 among individuals associated with Theta Chi Fraternity, located at 5 Strafford Avenue, Durham, NH 03824. To date, 11 persons with COVID- 19 have been identified who have been at the fraternity.

Any individuals who visited Theta Chi Fraternity since the end of August may have been exposed to COVID-19 and should self-observe for illness and seek testing. Students who may have been exposed can access testing through the University of New Hampshire. Persons not associated with the university can access testing through multiple testing options available throughout the State.

NH DHHS Announces Potential Community Exposures Connected To Positive Cases Of COVID-19 At Sturgis, SD, Motorcycle Rally – August 26, 2020

The NH Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is notifying residents about potential exposures related to the Sturgis, SD, Motorcycle Rally held August 7-16. There have been more than 100 confirmed cases associated with the Sturgis event, including six New Hampshire residents.

DHHS recommends that all NH residents who traveled to Sturgis for the motorcycle rally get tested for COVID-19. They should also quarantine and monitor for symptoms for 14 days upon their return to NH, even if they test negative. Per the State's travel guidance, all individuals traveling anywhere outside New England are reminded to quarantine for 14 days.

The South Dakota Department of Health has issued public notifications regarding potential exposures at multiple locations in Sturgis from August 11-17. This includes a YouthStorm, Inc. camp event in Windham, NH on July 16 - 18th. To date, 16 persons with COVID-19 have been identified with connections to the church community. The public should not attend events related to the Windham Crossing Life Church over the next week while DHHS investigates these illnesses further.

Any individuals who attended events associated with Windham Crossing Life Church since July 10th may have been exposed to COVID-19 and should observe for illness and seek testing. In partnership with Windham Crossing Life Church, DHHS is offering a testing event for persons who may have been exposed. The testing event will be held on Monday, August 10th, 2020 from 5 – 7pm.
